Originally the Moulders Arms, established in the 1860s, in recent years it was Flannagans of Hyde.
A couple of week's ago I saw it stripped of its signage. With a sign outside advertising a "Spiritualist meeting", I thought it was being converted into a church.
How wrong I was - here it is now with the new name of "The Olde Town House".
See how it looked a fortnight ago on Hyde Daily Photo.
Well, it certainly looks a lot smarter now!
ReplyDeleteGreat renovation. Ales and dinner over seances any day.
ReplyDeleteDarryl and Ruth :)
Your pictures are a balm to my eyes. Sorry I haven't been very active lately. I haven't quit. I'm hybernating. Going to have cartoons out one of these days. When the presidential election here became too dull, my mind went to sleep. I feel it waking, though. It will take a while. Wish I could come visit. Until then, thanks for these strolls!
