Back in July I showed you the nettles obscuring the sign for horseriders on the TransPennine Trail approaching Knott Fold Bridge.
Well I was back down there a few weeks ago and the nettles have been cleared.
Nearby, meanwhile, one of the old signal posts left over from the days when this was a busy freight railway line, has been attacked by bindweed as you can see on Hyde Daily Photo.
