This short tunnel connects Johnsonbrook Road to Junction Street.
It passes under two railway lines, the electrified line (notice the gantry above) from Glossop via Flowery Field and the line from Rose Hill via Hyde North to Manchester Piccadilly. The two lines merge just to the North of Hyde North station.

This sure makes me want to walk through the tunnel to see what is on the other side.
