Crown Pole uprooted
The Crown Pole was erected in 2002 for the Queen's Silver Jubilee. Now that Hyde Market is undergoing extensive renovation the pole is being removed (where to has not been stated). Here it has been dug up from its foundations ready for transportation.
View it in its pristine state shortly after erection on Old Hyde.
