Moorings at Moorside Place

Since the last time I showed you a view of the Peak Forest Canal from Manchester Road the houses at Moorside Place are looking more lived-in and the towpath has been improved. An un-named narrowboat appears to be moored there for the winter. The willow tree on the side of Wharfingers House is reaching down into the water on the right.

A contribution to Our World Tuesday and Wednesday Waters.

  1. The tree knows precisely where the water is.

  2. An interesting little waterway. The buildings on the right seem to be actually in the water.
