Mocha Joe's
The City Daily Photo theme for today is "Scene from a Coffee House".
Well I don't generally frequent coffee houses so it was a little hard to decide what to post for this theme. I prefer a nice cup of tea in a friendly little tea room.
I think one of the nearest things to a coffee-house culture in Hyde is Mocha Joe's inside Clarendon Square Shopping Centre. They recently expanded their seating area.

I'm with you. I prefer tea. I have, however, attended meetings in coffee houses.
ReplyDeleteTea for me too - I never could stand the taste of coffee. However, the place look nice enough, maybe they could serve me a cup of tea?
ReplyDeleteIs this in a Mall?
ReplyDeleteFriendly little tearooms are a good experience also Gerald.
ReplyDeleteYes this is in the Mall and we do serve tea as well as coffee.
ReplyDeleteThat works! I go for tea rather than coffee.
ReplyDeleteLooks like it could get real busy real fast in a Mall setting. Tea or coffee both work for me.
ReplyDeleteLovely space, daylight falling in through the open roof, love that!
ReplyDeleteIt may be one of the best-kept secrets, but Viennese coffee house also serve tea!
Some of them excellent one, I dare say.
I'm with you re the tea...and I like the idea of a tea room too :). But, having said that your coffeehouse scene here looks good and busy.
ReplyDeleteYes we do get busy especially on a Saturday! All our food is freshly cooked to order. Come and give us a try. We have good reviews on Facebook.
