Between the East Coast Hair & Beauty Internet Café and "Nail City" is "Barbers Express", a unisex salon.
Above the shop is a sign "Bed Time" which I can only imagine belonged to a former business at the same premises and which nobody had bothered to take down or replace.

Love this - makes me pine for good old little England, which I have to admit I do miss sometimes, even after 19 years in France :-)
