Wildflowers at Knott Fold

The bridge is structure #121 on the former Godley Junction to Apethorn railway. The route of the old railway is now a footpath, cycleway and bridle-path, part of the Trans Pennine Trail.

Wild flowers are blooming on the banking and even on the bridge itself which carries a footpath connecting Cheetham Fold with Knott Fold.

  2. The wildflowers look particularly pretty. The purple ones look like some around here.
